We get in touch and discuss your goals

We start hunting for the right candidates
After understanding your goals and expectations from your new team members, our talent acquisition team will start looking for the perfect candidates for you from a pool of 50k+ talents in India.
Candidate assessment and selection
The candidates we handpick will then go through a stringent internal test- passing which, they will be shortlisted for an interview with you and your team. In the end, you get the ultimate say in who joins your team in India.
Provide infra and Onboarding
Once you finalise on your new team members, we’ll take care of their onboarding, set them up at Braves Technology Center and provide them with high end machines and internet connectivity.
Your operations in India start
With your new team set up, you will be ready to collaborate with them directly on a regular basis. This also ensures complete cultural, philosophical and functional alignment between you and your offshore team.
Exclusive POC and regular feedback cycles
To ensure smooth operations, we’ll assign an exclusive POC between you and your team in India who will look after all your concerns. Quarterly feedbacks on the hired candidates will also be conducted to evaluate their performance and skills.
Growing and scaling
In the event that you choose to scale your team in India, we promise complete collaboration and support from our end.
Compensation and charges
Please note that Braves does not charge any initial set up or subscription fee. You only pay an hourly rate of the selected candidate invoices on a monthly basis.
