As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Braves
Technologies, Mr. Bhave is responsible for providing
strategic oversight on employee relations and leads
administrative, financial, and human resource
related functions. Additionally, he maintains a
large focus on day-to-day operations and drives
Braves Technologies’ innovation and strategic
insight. On a daily basis, he works closely with
Braves Technologies’ internal teams to ensure that
the company’s focus remains on understanding and
serving its clients’ needs. Prior to co-founding
Braves Technologies, Mr. Bhave held and succeeded in
several Executive Management positions as well as
founding several successful organizations resulting
in the profitable sale of each of these companies.
He continues to thrive on the success of Braves
Technologies and is dedicated to ensuring the
success of its clients.
Adam Torrence,
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Braves
Technologies, Mr. Torrence is responsible for
overseeing the strategic growth, marketing, and
recruitment efforts of the organization. In addition
to managing these functions, he is responsible for
tactically pinpointing potential clientele and plays
a critical role in the delivery of services. Since
its inception, Mr. Torrence has dedicated his
efforts to ensure the overall success of Braves
Technologies by serving its clients with the utmost
level of satisfaction, quality, and integrity. Mr.
Torrence has been instrumental in managing the
company’s practices and remains committed to
improving operations and efficiencies companywide.
Prior to co-founding Braves Technologies, Mr.
Torrence held various Executive Management roles in
the Information Technology arena, including, but not
limited to I.T. Staff Augmentation Sales and
Management as well as Technology Software Sales and
Management.

decide the candidate you have chosen does not fit
your specific needs, you will not be billed for any
hours incurred during the first two weeks (or 80
hours) of service and a replacement will be
provided. Once the consultant has commenced services
and remains on your project through the two-week
period and beyond, you will be invoiced for all
hours worked as per the statement of work.
