Manager.  40 hours/week.  8 am to 5 pm.  Salary $74,901/year

Job duties are: Lead a team and provide problem solving leadership to solve business problems; work with optimization and simulation tools like ILOG OPL studio and Arena as well as computer technologies like Java, Oracle and DB2 databases; develop work plans for different projects by developing the approach, objectives, timelines and the communication strategy; confer with business partners as well as management, set strategic direction for the group and develop recommendations for business problems; Oversee work completed by associates into overall recommendations to the management; provide leadership to team-mates and contribute to their professional development.

Position requires Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent and 1 year of experience in job duties OR 1 year Strategy consulting experience from a top tier strategy Firm in supply chain management and operations strategy; ILOG, OPL studio, Flexism, Arena and Java.
